Caro demais para o que oferece.

Do atendimento dos funcionários, super prestativos. E só. Mesmo assim, preciso relatar que ao deixar o hotel eu disse que eles deviam ter um frigobar nos apartamentos. Disseram que era só pedir!!! Então por que não disseram isso no início da hospedagem?

A localização é apenas razoável, pois está meio longe do centro histórico. O restaurante fecha às 22h30 e tudo que está à volta do hotel em matéria de lanchonetes fecha às 22h, dificultando a alimentação de quem chega mais tarde ao hotel. Não tinha frigobar, e a água do chuveiro demorava muito a esquentar. O café da manhã, avaliado no Booking como excelente, estava super fraco: era tudo igual todos os dias e tinha poucas frutas. Não recomendo a ninguém e NÃO voltaria. Foi a primeira decepção que tive com um hotel reservado pelo Booking.

Hotel de ótimo custo benefício com boa localização

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de universidades, com mercadinhos próximos, vários fast foods como mcdonalds, subway, dominos quase em frente ao hotel. O metrô fica apenas a alguns metros do hotel. O café da manhã é bom, nada excepcional, mas também não é ruim. A equipe do hotel é muito prestativa e cordial. A estrutura é antiga, tem um leve cheiro de antigo, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência. O quarto não possui frigobar, mas tem TV e ar condicionado.

O estado do colchão da cama, a que eu fiquei, é de mola, e ela já estava bem usada, o colchão estava torto, o que causou um pequeno desconforto, mas nada muito grave. Outra situação é o cheiro de antigo presente no quarto. Repito, nada muito impactante.

Localização muito boa fácil acesso ao locais turísticos, Macdonalds, Subway e pizzaria ao lado e em frente pequeno mercado.

O Hotel é antigo, papéis de parede soltando, banheiro pequeno, em geral aspecto de velho. O café da manhã fraco poucas opções e todo dia praticamente a mesma coisa .

Houve um problema quanto ao numero de acomodações. Havíamos informado quantas crianças e suas idades, o Booking nos indicou quais quartos fechar e no momento do check-in fomos obrigados a alterar uma acomodação para QUARTO-TRIPLO, que obviamente mudou o valor esperado e ainda criou o mal estar de "hotel lotado, não sei se vamos poder lhes atender..." PÉSSIMA PRIMEIRA IMPRESSÃO. Culpa = Booking+Hotel.

Os funcionários eram solícitos e a localização era boa.

O hotel é bastante antigo, as instalações precisam ser urgentemente modernizadas, é o típico hotel antigo centrão. O banheiro possui uma banheira bem alta para dar acesso ao chuveiro ( um perigo para idosos e crianças).

O Hotel é Antigo, ficamos apenas uma noite, o Hotel é bem...

O Hotel é Antigo, ficamos apenas uma noite, o Hotel é bem central perto de vários Pubs(Baratos) já que é uma região com muito estudante, assim como tem muito Ruído também! Para quem quer agito de centro pode encontrar lá! O aquecedor não estava funcionando bem, mas um funcionário logo trouxe um aquecedor menor para resolver nosso problema. No geral dá para ficar, mas com crianças é mais complicado. Ah o Menu do Almoço em torno de 8.500(por pessoa) Pesos Chilenos não é tão barato, na frente tem uma MC Donalds!

Very good localization.

Very good localization. Near subway and other stores . Staff very friendly.

Very noise rooms. Seems that the walls are made of paper. The location itself has a lot of noise. If you take a room in the side of the street is absolutely impossible to sleep. The hot water always have problems. We have to change the room 3 times in 4 days.

Second room was much better and had recently been modernised.

Second room was much better and had recently been modernised. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff at reception.

Some rooms have been modernised. We stayed for 2 seperate nights. The first room we had was awful. Very tired . Beds were stripped and towels removed while we sent out for a walk in the morning so no chance of a shower before check out.

The feeling of a warm family run hotel. Just excellent for our needs with kids

The staff were so helpful, especially Bernarda. We were going to Patagonia and needed to store some luggage until we returned to Santiago and the staff let us leave it at their hotel even if we didn't know whether we would stay there when we came back. We also needed to have boarding cards printed out for our domestic flight and we were allowed to use their business computer and printer. We needed a taxi booked for the middle of the night. They sorted that out including negotiating the price for us. They give great directions and all of their shop recommendations were spot on. This hotel isn't directly in the city centre, which we are very pleased about, as the centre of Santiago is really busy and isn't ideal when travelling with young kids.

The mini bar in the room is just that and not a fridge. We were hoping to be able to store a few things in a cool place during the day but that wasn't possible.

Wouldn't venture here again. Ever.

The staff were nice and helpful. It had a mini-bar too. The student area is quite pleasant and the metro is right round the corner.

The whole building is so dated, it really needs work. It was like stepping into a 50's movie scene in a dingy hotel. Also it was noisy in our room at the front of the hotel too as the street is a bus route, but no double glazing.

Nice staff with good lication

Staff was very attentive and friendly, and the hotel has a good location.

The room was clean but everything, specially the furniture, is too old. There were torn wallpaper everywhere.

Got what I paid for.

Staff tries hard but facility dated. Very personable staff. Reasonable breakfast/restaurant. Area was a surprise, rather isolated, few eating options, no close by sightseeing. Santiago very expensive.

Hotel with good connection to public transport

Great choices for breakfast, caring staff that everything is available, late breakfast possible Public transport (metro & bus connections) for many touristic activities & sightseeing around the corner of the hotel

After 11 PM nothing around the hotel area for getting anything to eat or to drink, also hotel doesn't provide anything. Request at reception for booking of a TAXI for an early morning drive to the airport did come out, that a private car driver did show up for the transport. Drive to airport was a mess with high costs (20.000 CLP) & drop off at a parking space, not on departure level.

Nice place to be near everything

Hotel is easy to access using subway and buses. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful in every way... They got to know me at the very first day and I didn't even have to say my room # every time I returned to the hotel or requested a hotel service. AC in the room and TV worked properly.

Small details regarding maintenance like the wallpaper of the room with holes due to humidity, the roof of the bathroom broken, and seating below the AC of the dining room is not advisable since it leaks.
