Very good localization.

Very good localization. Near subway and other stores . Staff very friendly.

Very noise rooms. Seems that the walls are made of paper. The location itself has a lot of noise. If you take a room in the side of the street is absolutely impossible to sleep. The hot water always have problems. We have to change the room 3 times in 4 days.

Second room was much better and had recently been modernised.

Second room was much better and had recently been modernised. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff at reception.

Some rooms have been modernised. We stayed for 2 seperate nights. The first room we had was awful. Very tired . Beds were stripped and towels removed while we sent out for a walk in the morning so no chance of a shower before check out.

The feeling of a warm family run hotel. Just excellent for our needs with kids

The staff were so helpful, especially Bernarda. We were going to Patagonia and needed to store some luggage until we returned to Santiago and the staff let us leave it at their hotel even if we didn't know whether we would stay there when we came back. We also needed to have boarding cards printed out for our domestic flight and we were allowed to use their business computer and printer. We needed a taxi booked for the middle of the night. They sorted that out including negotiating the price for us. They give great directions and all of their shop recommendations were spot on. This hotel isn't directly in the city centre, which we are very pleased about, as the centre of Santiago is really busy and isn't ideal when travelling with young kids.

The mini bar in the room is just that and not a fridge. We were hoping to be able to store a few things in a cool place during the day but that wasn't possible.

Wouldn't venture here again. Ever.

The staff were nice and helpful. It had a mini-bar too. The student area is quite pleasant and the metro is right round the corner.

The whole building is so dated, it really needs work. It was like stepping into a 50's movie scene in a dingy hotel. Also it was noisy in our room at the front of the hotel too as the street is a bus route, but no double glazing.

Nice staff with good lication

Staff was very attentive and friendly, and the hotel has a good location.

The room was clean but everything, specially the furniture, is too old. There were torn wallpaper everywhere.

Got what I paid for.

Staff tries hard but facility dated. Very personable staff. Reasonable breakfast/restaurant. Area was a surprise, rather isolated, few eating options, no close by sightseeing. Santiago very expensive.

Hotel with good connection to public transport

Great choices for breakfast, caring staff that everything is available, late breakfast possible Public transport (metro & bus connections) for many touristic activities & sightseeing around the corner of the hotel

After 11 PM nothing around the hotel area for getting anything to eat or to drink, also hotel doesn't provide anything. Request at reception for booking of a TAXI for an early morning drive to the airport did come out, that a private car driver did show up for the transport. Drive to airport was a mess with high costs (20.000 CLP) & drop off at a parking space, not on departure level.

Nice place to be near everything

Hotel is easy to access using subway and buses. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful in every way... They got to know me at the very first day and I didn't even have to say my room # every time I returned to the hotel or requested a hotel service. AC in the room and TV worked properly.

Small details regarding maintenance like the wallpaper of the room with holes due to humidity, the roof of the bathroom broken, and seating below the AC of the dining room is not advisable since it leaks.
